How do the carpark attendants know I have paid through Telpark?
The attendants in regulated car parks have a device which enables them to monitor, by means of the car registration number, any payments made through Telpark.
Although it is not necessary to have physical proof that shows that payment has been made via Telpark, because the attendants have access to that information through their electronic devices, you will be provided with a badge identifying you as a user of the application.
Fix the badge where it will be visible, on the windscreen of your vehicle, so that our staff can recognise it.
