The application notifications did not work. What can I do?
The notification configuration must always be active to avoid this type of problem. So that your required notification will be audible without the necessity of having the data activated, you will need to set the local alarm or receive notification by push alert or email.
Telpark accepts no responsibility for the receipt of notifications on the user’s mobile handset, or for the failure of communications, as these depend on the configuration of your handset, the mobile phone operator and the services that each user has contracted within the app.
Telpark offers to send you a warning when your ticket is 5 minutes from running out. The app allows you to settle a penalty when a ticket has previously been obtained with the mobile application, if and when this is permitted under the provisions of the municipal bylaw in force in the town where you have parked.
