If required, the telpark team can issue manual monthly invoices or separate items according to the company's needs.\r\n\r\n<strong>Where can I check and download my company's invoices?<\/strong>\r\n\r\nAll invoices are available in the Billing section of the platform. You can:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>View your complete billing history by period.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Check the payment status of each invoice.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Download invoices and reports in PDF or Excel.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Filter by month and view all payments made during that period.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<strong>What is the monthly fee per user?<\/strong>\r\n\r\nMAKSU charges a monthly fee for each user who has carried out at least one transaction with telpark Business during the month.\r\nThis amount is agreed upon in specific terms between the company and MAKSU, and is invoiced within the first five days of the following month.\r\n\r\nImportant:\r\nIf your company registers after the closing date of the billing cycle, the fee you set cannot be changed until the following month.
