They're shown in a <strong>horizontal card list<\/strong> and are <strong>organized by license plate and parking<\/strong>.\r\n<div>\r\n<p dir=\"auto\">This means that:<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li dir=\"auto\">On each card you'll see <strong>all available passes linked to the same license plate and the same parking<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n \t<li dir=\"auto\">If you have Multipass for two <strong>different vehicles<\/strong> in the same parking, <strong>you'll see a different card for each license plate<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p dir=\"auto\"><strong>Example:<\/strong>\r\n<em>If for the same parking and license plate you buy a Multipass 5 and later a Multipass 10, the app will show a total of <strong>15 available passes<\/strong> for that parking and that license plate<\/em>.<\/p>\r\n<p dir=\"auto\"><strong>Pass status<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li dir=\"auto\">When you have available passes that haven't expired, they'll appear as <strong>\"Available\"<\/strong> in green.<\/li>\r\n \t<li dir=\"auto\">When you don't have available passes (due to use, expiry or license plate change) they'll appear as <strong>\"Not available\"<\/strong> and will remain visible in the app for 3 months, for informational purposes only.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img class=\"wp-image-49359 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.telpark.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Como-gestionar-MP-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"213\" height=\"446\" \/><\/figure>\r\n<p dir=\"auto\">On each Multipass card you'll also see information about <strong>whether any of your passes is about to expire<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Keep in mind that passes <strong>have a validity of one year from the purchase date<\/strong> and that <strong>the ones expiring sooner are always used first<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n<p dir=\"auto\"><strong>Your pass details<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p dir=\"auto\">By tapping on a Multipass card you'll access the <strong>details screen<\/strong>, where you can check:<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li dir=\"auto\">The <strong>parking<\/strong> where the Multipass can be used<\/li>\r\n \t<li dir=\"auto\">The <strong>license plate<\/strong> it's assigned to.<\/li>\r\n \t<li dir=\"auto\">A <strong>history<\/strong> of movements with information about:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li dir=\"auto\"><strong>When you bought<\/strong> the Multipass<\/li>\r\n \t<li dir=\"auto\"><strong>When the passes expire<\/strong><\/li>\r\n \t<li dir=\"auto\"><strong>Use<\/strong> of the passes<\/li>\r\n \t<li dir=\"auto\"><strong>License plate changes<\/strong> made<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p dir=\"auto\">From this same screen you can also <strong>change the license plate<\/strong> and assign the passes to another vehicle easily.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img class=\"wp-image-49365 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.telpark.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Como-gestionar-MP-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"213\" height=\"446\" \/><\/figure>\r\n<p dir=\"auto\">If you change the license plate assigned to your passes, a <strong>new card will be created for that parking with the new license plate<\/strong> (if it didn't exist previously).<\/p>\r\n<p dir=\"auto\">The previous card will remain visible in the app, but will appear with no available passes (zero passes), for informational purposes only.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<\/div>","button_info":{"url":"telpark:\/\/support\/open","color":"secondary","size":"md","text":"Contact us"}},"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.telpark.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/faqs\/49374"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.telpark.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/faqs"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.telpark.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/faqs"}],"version-history":[{"count":2,"href":"https:\/\/www.telpark.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/faqs\/49374\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":49381,"href":"https:\/\/www.telpark.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/faqs\/49374\/revisions\/49381"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.telpark.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=49374"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"faqsCategory","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.telpark.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/faqsCategory?post=49374"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
