The first 30 minutes of the first ticket of the day obtained at Pla de l'Arc will be free.
Any penalty notice can be cancelled for a fee of €4.45 within 60 minutes after it has been issued.
If the 60 minutes have passed, you have 7 calendar days to pay it using the same notice:
- At the authorized ATMs (Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria S.A., Banco Santander S.A., Caixa Popular, Cajamar), as if it were a fee, using the barcode.
If it is past the deadline:
- You may pay it at the tax collection office located at PLAZA MAYOR 13, by card, approximately 20 days after it was issued.
- You may wait to receive the notification at home (usually within one month), and once received, you have 20 calendar days to pay it with a 50% reduction at the participating banks.
