How to charge with the app

  • 1. Connect your vehicle to the charger

  • 2. Select "Electric Vehicle" in the Telpark app

  • 3. Enter the 4-digit charger number under Charging Point and then Start.

  • 4. Click Stop to finish charging.

How to charge your car

  1. Purchase charging services from an Electricity Company for Electric Mobility (CME)
  2. Once the contract is complete, you will receive a physical or virtual RFID card.
  3. When you're in the car park, plug in your car and pass the card over the charger's contactless terminal.
  4. When your car is charged, click Stop, and you're done.
