Be a registered resident of Sigüenza, with an address matching the municipal register and located on the streets included in the ordinance, and provide the vehicle registration and ITV inspection record.
Be up to date with tax payments and have no outstanding fines.
Special cases: assistance to people with disabilities or dependency, construction/installation companies (temporary card).
Business Authorizations:
Businesses located in the Historic Center may obtain a business card.

Parking is not allowed for:
Buses and motorhomes in all mentioned areas (only permitted in designated parking areas shown on the map).
Vans and trucks in the Historic Center, except for loading and unloading.
