Terms and Conditions – Monthly Passes Migration

  • Your current monthly pass will be cancelled by the company that currently manages it.
  • A new digital subscription will be activated, managed by Maksu España S.L.U., a company of the Empark Group responsible for the services contracted through the app.
  • The conditions of the new monthly pass (including the price) may differ from the previous one, and the Empark Group Digital Subscription T&Cs available in the app will apply.
  • The data related to your monthly pass will be integrated into your Telpark app user account, managed by Maksu España S.L.U., in accordance with its Privacy Policy which you must accept beforehand.
  • Your monthly pass user profile will be merged with your current app account, combining management and access to all services into a single digital profile. This action is irreversible.
