How to charge with the app

  • 1. Connect your vehicle to the charger

  • 2. Select "Electric Vehicle" in the Telpark app and click the "Start charging" button on the map.

  • 3. Enter the 4-digit charger number that you can find under the "Punto de recarga" sign and then click Start.

  • 4. Click "Stop" to finish charging.

How to charge your car

  1. Purchase charging services from an Electricity Company for Electric Mobility (CME)
  2. Once the contract is complete, you will receive a physical or virtual RFID card.
  3. When you're in the car park, plug in your car and pass the card over the charger's contactless terminal.
  4. When your car is charged, click Stop, and you're done.
