To change your number plate:

1. In the home page, click on “Monthly passes”.
2. Open the monthly pass you want to modify.
3. Click on the “change” button next to the current number plate.
4. Select another of your number plates or add a new one.

We recommend that you do not change your number plate if you are about to enter the car park or are already inside as you may experience problems when trying to exit the car park.

You can park in any available parking space provided that it is not a space reserved for other uses (electric vehicles, residents, disabled persons, etc.)

Drive up to the car park entrance and the barrier will open automatically when it recognises your number plate.

Remember that if you activate express entry, you will be able to enjoy automatic entry in other car parks as well as the best prices.
