If your car park does not appear on the map, this might be because there are no available parking spaces at this time. You can check later on the app or ask our car park staff directly.

The first payment will be charged on the day you purchase the pass. Subsequent payments will be charged automatically using your chosen payment method on the first day of every month, except bank holidays.

When you purchase a pass, you will be able to enter and leave as often as you like, the barrier will read your number plate and open automatically, so you won’t have to show your ticket or card, and you will be able to enjoy parking at the best rates.

- In the home page, click on “Monthly passes“.
- Find the car park where you want to park.
- Choose the pass you want.
- Enter the start date of the pass.
- Select the number plate you will use with the pass. You can change it later if necessary.
- Choose a payment method.
- Click “next” and enter the billing details.
- Check that the information is correct and confirm the payment.
Your pass will be effective as from the date entered, and you can start enjoying your car park.
You can start your pass at any time of the month, and you will only pay for the part corresponding to the days you are going to use it during the month.
