To remove an enrolment from your account you have to access to:

1. More Options.
2. Vehicles.
3. Slide the number plate from right to left.
4. Confirm that you want to delete the vehicle.

For the ORA (Regulated Parking Service), you can register as many registration numbers as you want on the same device and use them at the same time. In car parks, you can only have one registration number active for automatic entry.

Yes, you can add as many registration numbers as you want. You need to enter More Options – Vehicles. Click on the add (“+”) button. To complete the process, you only have to register the details of the Car Plate – Description of the vehicle – Country (Spain, Portugal, other).

Yes. To add this type of vehicle, go to More Options – Vehicles and then click on the add (“+”) icon. It will give you the option to enter the car plate, the description and, in the Country option, you need to choose Other. To complete the process, click on Save.
