How do I know if I have the company payment method added?

  • Open the telpark app with your company’s certified email address.
  • Go to ‘More options’ → “Settings” → ‘Payment methods’.
  • Check that one named “Business” appears with your company name.

I already have the telpark app, do I have to download it again?

  • No, that’s not necessary. If you already have the app and are using company email, you just have to accept the invitation to be part of the organisation.
  • If you are using a personal email on telpark, log out and follow the steps in the next point.

How do I log out of my personal account to log in with my company email?

  • In the telpark app, go to “More Options” → “Settings” → “Account”.
    Press “Log Out”.
    Then, log in with your company’s certified email address and follow the registration process.

How do I register with the company’s certified email address?

  • Download the telpark app (if you don't have it).
  • Create an account with the company’s certified email address
  • Verify your email using email you will receive.
  • Accept the invitation to join the organisation.
  • An you’re ready! You will already have the active company payment method.

What do I do if I do not see the company payment method?

  • Make sure you are logged in with your company’s certified email address.
  • Verify that you have accepted the invitation received by mail.
  • Check that the company's payment method appears under 'Payment methods”.

Can I use the app with my company account for personal transactions?

Yes. You can add your own payment methods (such as your personal card) to the same telpark account associated with your company email address.
Personal transactions will not appear on company reports.

Who can use telpark Business?

telpark Business is aimed exclusively at companies and self-employed professionals with employees. Not available for private users.

Where can telpark Business be used?

In Spain, Portugal and Andorra. By using the service, the company authorises the transfer of its data to companies providing services in those countries.

How can I sign up for telpark Business?

If you are a company, you can sign up by completing the
form available on our B2B landing page. Once submitted, our sales team will review your application and contact you if you meet the necessary criteria.

What documentation is needed for registration?

The company must provide:

  • Document certifying the signatory's capacity to represent.
  • Copy of the company's tax identification number (NIF).
  • Identity document of the legal representative.

How do I cancel my telpark Business account?

The cancellation process must be initiated by sending an email to the following address:
soporte_business@telpark.com The cancellation will take effect the month following receipt of the email, provided that the notification has been sent before the 20th of the current month.
