How can I add drivers to my company's account on telpark Business?

You can add drivers in two ways:

  • Manually: One by one, by entering their details directly on the platform.
    Using Excel template: You can download a template directly from the platform and fill it in with your drivers' details.

The template must contain the correct information in the following fields:

  • Driver’s first name
  • Driver’s surname
  • E-mail
  • Telephone number (optional)

* If any of the mandatory fields are incomplete or incorrectly formatted, the upload cannot be completed successfully. Make sure you follow the example format included in the template.

How can I modify an existing driver's details?

You have two options:

  • Update using the Excel template:
    Download your template, edit the information you 'd like to change (name, email, etc.), and upload it again. The platform will automatically update the corresponding driver's details.
  • Delete and then add again:
    You can remove the driver from the dashboard and add them again with the updated information, either manually or using the template.

How do I manage my company's drivers in telpark Business?

As a company administrator, you can manage your drivers directly from the platform. Available functions include:

  • Invite drivers to join the organisation (manually or by uploading a CSV/XLS file).
  • Check the status of each driver (active, pending, deactivated).
  • Easy access to review your monthly expenses.
  • View the details of each transaction made with the corporate payment method.
  • Disable access to business payment in real time if necessary.

What information is shown in the details of a transaction?

By clicking on a specific transaction, you will be able to see:

  • Which driver carried it out
  • What product was used (parking, EV, etc.)
  • Where and when the operation took place
  • The registration number of the vehicle
  • The exact amount charged
