What type of billing does telpark Business currently offer?

Billing depends on the type of operation and location:

  • Invoice grouped by rotating parking, EV charging and bank charges.
  • Specific receipts for municipal taxes in regulated area.
  • Specific receipts for cities such as Barcelona (BCN).
  • Separate billing for operations in Portugal (PT), Andorra (AND) and the Canary Islands.

Can I get monthly or customised reports?

Yes. If required, the telpark team can issue manual monthly invoices or separate items according to the company's needs.

Where can I check and download my company's invoices?

All invoices are available in the Billing section of the platform. You can:

  • View your complete billing history by period.
  • Check the payment status of each invoice.
  • Download invoices and reports in PDF or Excel.
  • Filter by month and view all payments made during that period.

What is the monthly fee per user?

MAKSU charges a monthly fee for each user who has carried out at least one transaction with telpark Business during the month.
This amount is agreed upon in specific terms between the company and MAKSU, and is invoiced within the first five days of the following month.

Important:
If your company registers after the closing date of the billing cycle, the fee you set cannot be changed until the following month. Make sure you have specified the conditions correctly before you start using the service.

How are returns handled?

  • The company has one month to report billing errors.
  • We will respond in a maximum of 30 days.
  • Confirmed refunds will be made quarterly by bank transfer.
  • No amounts are refunded for misuse of the service.
