Yes. With your monthly Telpark season ticket you can enter and leave the car park as many times as you need, without a limit, while your season ticket is active.  

You can transfer a season ticket you have bought in a car park or on the season ticket website to the Telpark app and convert it into a digital season ticket by following instructions in the app. In this way, you can manage your season ticket directly from your mobile phone, without having to go to the car park.  

To start the migration, you need your DNI/NIF/NIE and a valid email associated with your Telpark account. Enter your DNI/NIF/NIE in the app and follow the steps to select the subscription you want to migrate and complete the process.  

If your season ticket does not appear in the Telpark app when you enter your DNI/NIF/NIE, first check that the data is correct. It may also happen that the credit memo is no longer active or that it is not correctly registered in the system.  

If you are still unable to register or migrate your season ticket, contact Customer Service and indicate the number plate associated with the season ticket and the name of the car park. The team will be able to review your details and help you complete the process.  

If you never provided an email when you purchased the season ticket in the car park, Customer Service may ask you for one to associate with your season ticket so that you can migrate from the app.  

If you need to change the enrolment associated with your monthly pass, go to the "monthly passes" section from the APP, go to your pass-and-voucher file and edit the enrolment. If you can't find this option or need help with the change, contact support via the in-app chat.  

Yes, you can cancel your monthly Telpark subscription whenever you want once you have paid for the first full month. If you have taken it out in the middle of the month, you will have to wait until you make the payment for the next full month to be able to cancel it.  

Once cancelled, you can continue to use the parking pass until the end of the current month. After that, the payment will not be charged or renewed for the following month.
