What is the current payment method at telpark Business?
Bank transfer (subject to approval) and credit card.
What happens if there is an error with the card payment?
The system will not automatically block the payment method, so you will be able to continue using the service. The Empark group reserves the right to block the service if the outstanding payment is not resolved.
How often are payments taken?
With the ‘Credit Card’ payment method: currently, payments are taken every 24 hours for the following products:
- Tickets for regulated zones
- Rotational parking in car parks (EE)
- Electric vehicle charging
- Multipass
- Advance bookings (pre-bookings)
- On Street Vouchers
- Fines or offences
How can I add, edit, or delete my company's payment method if it is a credit card?
From the platform, go to the Settings section. There you can:
- Add a new card.
- Edit an already registered card.
