Why doesn’t my billing information appear on receipts?


Firstly, please note that payments for parking and cancelling fines on the public highway are not subject to VAT, so the system only generates a receipt justifying payment in these cases. When paying for other products such as car parks, VAT will already be applied and an invoice will be generated with the invoicing data recorded in your user account.

If your billing information has not appeared for a parking session that is subject to VAT, don’t worry! Contact us and tell us the registration number and the details of the session.
