Telpark® is your personal parking meter.

Telpark® enables you to pay for your parking time or extend it from your mobile device, tablet or personal computer, wherever you are.

The main feature is simple: start, stop or extend your parking time without any further walking to the parking meter. Along with that, you may access your account and manage personal and billing information. It also enables you to check all your parking history, ask for receipts and add or remove license plates to your account, in real time.

Yes, the use of Telpark® app and services are free. You will pay only for your parking time.

When registering your credit card for the first time, in order to confirm its authenticity, in Portugal the payment system (which is managed by the banking system associated with the transaction, exclusively.) makes an application for authorization in the amount of € 1 that will not be charged.

In addition to this confirmation of authenticity made by the payment system, the Telpark® service performs a scan, thereby ensuring that the credit card allows you to perform the operations required to use the service, it will ask for a permit to € 0.01, which is subsequently canceled.

The sum of money will not be effectively charged, but only temporarily captive.

In Spain, the Telpark® service will ask for a permit to € 0.06, which is subsequently canceled.

You’ll be only charged for the amounts related to actual parking sessions

Telpark® is available in Spain and Portugal in more than 50 cities already.

In Spain , Telpark® is available in: Madrid, Málaga, Valencia, Toledo, Pamplona, Ciudad Real, etc., in over 40 cities.

In Portugal is available in Vila Nova de Gaia, Sesimbra, Vila Real, Portimão, Amadora, Lagos, Setúbal, Figueira da Foz, Beja and Faro.

We’re working in order to get the app available in more locations soon.

Just check if the zone you’re in is available in the app. You can also confirm that information on the nearest parking meter.

They will insert your license plate number on their handheld device and see if you have an active Telpark® session. That’s enough.

The app is available for iPhone and Android systems and you can download it from the App Store and Play Store.

If you own a Blackberry or Windows Phone you can still use Telpark® trough the web. It is available at www.telpark.com.

Turn app notifications on and receive push or email notifications warning you that your parking time is almost over.

Yes. While your parking session is still active, open the app, define the extra time on the counter and touch to extend your parking time. Wherever you are.

It’s ok. In that case, you will only pay for the parking time you actually used. Open the app and touch to end parking.

Yes. If you got a parking ticket, Telpark® enables your to pay the fine the easiest way. Access your personal area, choose the appropriate option and insert the parking ticket code.

Access your personal area and request the invoice you need.

You can add or remove as many license plate numbers as you need. And you can do it in real time.

Yes, don’t worry about this point. Enjoy your parking.

Yes. Remove the previous license plate, just to make your life easier, and add the new one.
